ULTIMATE Bogie Press

The Trakblaze ULTIMATE Bogie Press is a semi-portable test rig that has been designed to provide robust and reliable weighing results for rail maintenance and manufacturing depots. Each wheel load is measured in addition to the load applied, therefore giving the results of the effects of simulated loading.

The ULTIMATE Bogie Press can be built to suit two or three axle bogies with varying axle centres and for differing rail gauges.

The system is also capable of having either single or paired independent loading points that can be operated from the control;desk.

With a modular design, the whole bogie process can easily be transported in a standard container or on a rigid truck and set up within hours of delivery.

All results are reported on the touch screen PC.
